Returns Policy

Pursuant to Article 52 et seq. of Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (the Consumer Code), consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 working days of receiving the product, without having to provide a reason and without incurring any penalties, provided that the product:

Has not been opened or used
Is returned in its original, complete and sealed packaging
Shows no signs of damage or wear

We do not charge any return handling, administrative or penalty fees. However, the shipping costs for returning the product are the customer’s responsibility, as provided for under Article 57 of the Consumer Code.

To initiate a return, a written request must be sent to support@beultraclub.com, including:

The purchaser’s full name
The order number
The product to be returned

Once the item has been received, our Quality Control Department will verify its condition.

Provided that the product meets the return requirements, the refund will be issued within 14 days, in accordance with Article 56 of the Consumer Code.

Should the returned item be found to have been used, opened or damaged, the return will be rejected and the cost of shipping the product back to the customer will be borne by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Should you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@beultraclub.com and attaching photographs documenting the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with Article 130 of the Consumer Code, which protects consumers in the event of a lack of conformity.
