This document outlines the shipping methods, processing times and costs applicable to orders placed on www.beultraclub.com, operated by BE ULTRA SRL.
🕒 Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days following payment confirmation.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. on Friday or during the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing the shipment tracking number, where available.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are calculated from the shipping date and vary depending on the destination:

Italy: approximately 2–5 business days

European Union: approximately 4–8 business days, depending on the destination country
We currently do not ship outside the European Union.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary and are calculated according to the rates charged by our couriers, including Poste Italiane, BRT and other carriers.
The applicable shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before the purchase is confirmed.
No additional charges currently apply to remote areas.
We do not currently offer free shipping above a minimum order value, although we reserve the right to introduce this option in the future.
Order Cancellation
An order may be cancelled by contacting our Customer Support team promptly, provided that it has not yet been shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In this case, please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy, which sets out the conditions for returning an item, such as the requirement that it has not been opened or used.
